¹² It is not in the heavens that you should say, “Who will go up into the heavens to bring it down to us so that we might hear it and observe it?” ¹³ Nor is it beyond the sea that you should say, “Who will cross over the sea to bring it to us so that we might hear it and observe it?” ¹⁴ No, the word is very near to you, it is in your heart and in your mouth, so that you might do it.
